RE: INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
This letter constitutes formal legal notice that Chiron Intellectual Property Holdings, LLC ("C-IPH") is the rightful owner of several patents pertaining to neural interface optimization and related technologies. C-IPH has become aware that you are engaging in activities that infringe upon these protected intellectual property rights.
Specifically, C-IPH has reason to believe that you are:
- Conducting unauthorized research and development in the field of neural interface optimization, including but not limited to the development of technologies and methodologies that overlap with C-IPH's patented inventions.
- Utilizing proprietary information and trade secrets belonging to C-IPH without authorization, potentially obtained through illicit means.
- Manufacturing, using, or selling devices or processes that infringe upon C-IPH's patents, thereby causing irreparable harm to C-IPH's market position and financial interests.
C-IPH demands that you immediately cease and desist from all activities that infringe upon its intellectual property rights. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Halting all research and development related to neural interface optimization and related technologies.
- Surrendering all materials, data, and equipment related to the infringing activities, including but not limited to research notes, prototypes, and manufacturing equipment.
- Providing a full accounting of all infringing activities, including the identities of all individuals and entities involved, the duration of the infringement, and the nature and extent of any commercial exploitation.
Failure to comply with these demands will result in immediate and decisive legal action, including but not limited to:
- Filing a lawsuit in the District Court seeking injunctive relief, monetary damages, and all other available remedies.
- Seeking the seizure and impoundment of all infringing materials and equipment.
- Pursuing criminal charges against individuals and entities found to be willfully and knowingly infringing upon C-IPH's intellectual property rights.
You are hereby advised to seek legal counsel to understand the full extent of your potential liability and to explore all available options for resolving this matter.
This is a serious legal matter. Your prompt attention to this notice is required.
